Market Engagement - Consultancy Services Relating to Selective Landlord Licensing

Gateshead Council is considering putting a Contract in place for Consultancy Services relating to mid and end of term assessments of current Selective Landlord Licensing schemes and the work relating to the introduction of new Selective Landlord Licensing Areas. As part of this process the Council is conducting a Soft Market Testing Exercise (SMTE) to improve our understanding of the market and establish the level of interest in this potential opportunity. We intend for the information gained through market engagement to inform the procurement process and contribute towards the development of the Specification. Suppliers are invited to consider the inquiries detailed within this SMTE and complete the questionnaire in Section Two. Please note: this SMTE is for information only to assess the reaction of the market and inform the future procurement process to ensure it is more focused and efficient. Written responses to this SMTE will not be evaluated, scored or included in the assessment of any tenders submitted in any future procurement process.
