• Review relevant contract documents in respect of insurance relating to the project • Undertake a risk review of the project and identify the major exposures and how they can be mitigated by insurance, where possible • Review and advise on the scope of the proposed insurance programme and its adequacy • For nuclear liability: •Advise on insurance considerations to support the UK ratification of the 2004 Protocols to the Paris and Brussels Conventions on nuclear third-party liability • Generally advise on nuclear insurance products available within the market
