Tender description
Conwy County Borough Council Revenue and Benefits Assessment Service wish to contract for a new cash management system, new income bank reconciliation module, new address look-up module and new payments module to be compatible with existing software modules. The Authority also wishes to align existing module contracts with the same supplier. The contract will support the development of the financial services of the revenues and benefits assessment department of Conwy County Borough Council through the purchase of additional software modules to supplement and improve existing installed software.
