Tender description

Prior information notice in regards to the establishment of a Framework Agreement for the provision of In-Sourcing and Out-Sourcing Clinical Surgical and Diagnostic Health Services. The purpose of the pre-market engagement is to assist in determining the potential estimated value of this procurement and for suppliers to demonstrate the range of services they have available which will assist in the preparation of the specification of this procurement. It is likely to be split into 2 lots, however these will be determined based upon market engagement. Provision of clinical services to compliment those provided by NHS Organisations with fully compliant solutions, supplementing the delivery of patient care by NHS Organisations in line with the NHS' core Key Performance Indicators including but not limited to: A&E 4 hour wait targets, elective 18 week referral to treatment targets, cancelled procedures targets, bed availability and utilisation targets, timely and appropriate diagnostic testing targets and urgent 2 week GP referral rules for suspected cancer. This could include in-sourcing or additional bolt on solutions which compliment current service provision. The engagement should last no longer than 1 hr and a set agenda will be provided. Supplier engagement will be carried out in accordance with Regulation 40 and 41. It is anticipated that the supplier engagement will conclude by 2.8.2019, however we reserve the right to hold discussion post this date.
