Tender description

The site comprises a Grade II listed bunker, built in the 1950s as a War Room, and then converted and extended in the 1960s to a Regional Seat of Government. The bunker was decommissioned in the 1970s. Asbestos removal must be carried out in line with the listed building status of the building. Tenders are being sought from specialist Suppliers to undertake the following works on the Former Bunker, Nottingham; • Licensed Asbestos Removal services and CDM 2015 Duties as Principal Contractor.
