Wirral Council is aspirational in its commitment to support young people through their transition to adulthood, and is committed to ensuring that young people are provided with suitable, fit for purpose quality accommodation which will support their transition to adulthood and the achievement of positive outcomes. Consequently, Wirral Council wishes to procure a supported lodgings service for a minimum of twenty-three (23) homeless young people aged 16-21 that will form part of an overall network of accommodation and support services for this profile.
