Tender description

The existing installation comprises of a Lochinvar direct gas fired water heater which feeds the existing laundry, toilet and kitchen areas in the accommodation booking office. In addition to this there is a Vailant boiler which provides heating to all areas. For the purposes of this tender the following scheme is to be adopted - Boiler/plate exchanger arrangement which will cater for the heating and HWS flow and return requirements.
