EBC LT Leisure Management Contract 2021

Tender description

Elmbridge Borough Council (EBC) has decided to integrate its three existing facility management contracts into one; this will deliver economies of scale, an improved level of quality and consistency, and a focus for delivery of health and well-being across the Borough. Therefore, EBC is seeking a long-term partnership for this contract which will contribute to local health and well-being priorities, whilst delivering, as a minimum, a surplus share to EBC. The successful Operator Partner should assume in responding to the ITT that partnership working is key to this contract, that all administration and management should, unless otherwise agreed, be undertaken online. EBC is seeking a high-quality operator for an equivalent portfolio of facilities, who shall provide services which contribute to the wider local Strategic Outcomes as set out by the Council and in the tender documents.
