Potential Service Providers need to demonstrate clear and extensive expertise and experience of working with and delivering courses to eligible 15-29 year olds who are not in employment, education or training (NEET) across the Black Country. Must clearly demonstrate being skilled at dealing with challenging behavior and have an unerstanding of the issues that vulnerable individuals may have from disadvantaged backgrounds. As well as how they will support participants individual needs, including disabilities, learning difficulties and differing learning style, including any specialist training and assessments.
