In relation to the Great Notley development site, the Council is seeking to appoint one commercial property practice to: — advise and assist with the development of a marketing strategy identifying and targeting preferred market sectors, — advise and assist with the creation of a brand and marketing material to promote the vision, — lead on achieving sales and leases in order to optimise return on the Council’s investment consistent with the vision and business plan and with an emphasis on long-term viability and sustainability, — advise on the impact of businesses re-locating from other commercial premises in the district, — assist the Council in achieving the most beneficial economic development impact from this development.
