Tender description

The Arts Council is the Irish government agency for developing and funding the arts in Ireland. To support our ten-year strategy, Making Great Art Work (2016-2025), we have identified the need for a new technology solution to transform our current processes and business systems to become a more data-driven organisation. This current system, in place since 2010, is the main interaction between applicants and grantees and is supported by an internal workflow and CRM system used for assessment of funding applications. With over 3 000 applications online every year, the ability to process transactions is critical to the service provided. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform the market of the business transformation program and to make the market aware that it seeks a delivery partner to identify and implement the new business systems. Lot 1: The Arts Council seek a technology delivery partner that will deliver a new strategic system to meet the Arts council’s business objectives. They will manage the delivery of the solution including all potential technology suppliers and ensure clear communication between Arts Council and technology suppliers. It is expected the program will follow the competitive procedure with negotiation as the following criteria needs to meet to properly deliver the program. A qualification questionnaire will be issued at the beginning of August (2.8.2019). The closing date for completion of the questionnaire will be September (6.8.2019). A shortlist of five suppliers will chosen to complete the final tender process.
