Tender description

The ACC Liverpool Group is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of Facilities Management (FM) Services. It is anticipated that the contract will start on 1.1.2020 for an initial period of 3 years until 31.12.2022 with the option, at the sole discretion of The ACC Liverpool Group, to extend the contract for a further 2 periods of 1 year until 31.12.2023 and 31.12.2024. The estimated total value is based on 100 000 GBP per annum over the potential 5 years of the contract excluding VAT. The ACC Liverpool Group Ltd operates a world-class event campus comprising the M&S Bank Arena, Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre Liverpool. The campus stages a wide array of local, national and international events from shows and conventions, business gatherings to showcase exhibitions. The ACC Liverpool Group works closely with clients to ensure the success of their events and to deliver the best possible service. This procurement is for the provision of Facilities Management (FM) Services for The ACC Liverpool Group campus. The intention is to award a contract with 1 provider to supply these services for an initial 3 year period with an option to extend, at the sole discretion of The ACC Liverpoo Group, for 2 further periods of 1 year. The estimated value of the contract is 100 000 GBP per annum excluding VAT.
