Tender description

The economic operator will provide Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) Services, including but not limited to design, design development and project management/contract administration for WHSCT Construction Projects through the duration of the framework regards substantial remodelling, refurbishment and new works to Altnagelvin Hospital including the remodelling/refurbishment works within the existing hospital tower block followed by the remodelling/refurbishment and extension of the emergency department, intensive care unit, imaging department and theatres, along with associated accommodation, car parking, etc. Other capital works on the Altnagelvin Hospital site may also be commissioned subject to funding and satisfactory performance of the ICT. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to give any or all future commissions within this framework. The ICT has the right to refuse to undertake any or all of the offered commissions within 2 weeks of the offer.
