Lot 1: In a design contest with restricted procedure at Phase 1 designers submit their design solutions anonymously in response to your brief. These designs are then assessed anonymously by the evaluation panel in accordance with the published criteria. A shortlist of 5 practices (minimum) will then be selected to proceed to phase 2. Shortlisted teams will be provided with feedback on their schemes and the Phase 2 brief and invited to submit developed designs which are assessed anonymously by the panel in accordance with the phase 2 criteria. A honorarium payment will be awarded to all five shortlisted teams. The winner will be appointed subject to funding. The competition will be opened up to eligible competitors based in the UK, Europe and as required by the client, worldwide.
