This is a Concession Contract and will be open for use by Cheshire East Borough Council. Cheshire East Council invites tenders from organisations interested in undertaking the operation of Crewe Markets for a ten year period commencing Summer 2020, to include a lease of the remodelled Crewe Market Hall and Covered Market. Potential tenderers are invited to register to attend a Site Familiarisation event on Friday 19th July 2019, but this is not a requirement for tendering. Please be advised, that no further information will be provided at this event and any questions arising will need to be directed through the Council’s e-tendering portal.
