Workforce User Experience Discovery - Pre Market Engagement Webex

Why the Work is Being Done This is an invite to interested suppliers who wish to attend a pre-market engagement WebEx. The NHSBSA Workforce Directorate has responsibility for delivering a number of services which support NHS Employers and Employees in their work for the NHS. The Services are NHS Jobs, NHS Pension, NHS Electronic Staff record (ESR) and HR Shared Services. Each one of these individual areas of service is in a different state of delivery. We believe that the NHS workforce, employers and employees, would benefit from having an integrated set of services which enable increased engagement with the NHS as an employer or employee. Problem to Be Solved The NHSBSA is looking for a partner organisation to perform a Discovery. This Discovery is to investigate the user needs and opportunities for delivering better and more integrated services in support of the NHS Workforce. The Discovery should define the approach to delivering integration. The NHS Business Services Authority will be holding a WebEx to help us define our requirements for this Discovery project prior to being published. It is also an opportunity for suppliers to gain an early view of our requirements. The WebEx will enable interested suppliers to participate in the NHSBSA's pre-market engagement. Who Are the Users NHS Employers, Employees, Primary and Social Care. Currently the services are ESR, NHS Jobs, Pensions, HR Shared Services (limited to specific clients only) but the research should cover any service that aids a user in the NHS. Early Market Engagement Work Already Done Existing Team There is no existing team. Current Phase Discovery Work Location This is a WebEx and for pre-market engagement. Address where the Discovery will be take place will published with the full requirements. Working Arrangments A WebEx will take place on Wednesday 26th June 9am to 10.30am. The NHSBSA will present a background on services currently provided (approximately an hour), followed by a question and answer session to help define the Discovery requirements. You will be given opportunity for further recommendations / feedback via email after the event.
