Tender description

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to advise Health Trust Europe will be holding a Supplier Day on 11.7.2019. We are seeking organisations who can provide products and services covering (but not limited to) the following areas: — Automated Endoscopic Reprocessors (AER), — Ultraviolet Cleaning Cabinet (UVC), — dryers, — storage and transportation units, — water treatment (RO), — consumables, — service, — maintenance, — validation, — managed equipment services, — fully managed AER services (on-site or off-site), — other associated products and services. A maximum of 5 suppliers will be invited to the supplier day. These suppliers will be selected on a first come first served basis to prepare a presentation and Q&A. Further details on the agenda and allocated slot will be provided in due course. All interested suppliers must email me at William.Malcolm@htepg.com, no later than 15:00 of 4.7.2019 HealthTrust Europe intends to award a multi-source framework for a minimum of 2 years with an option to extend for 2 further periods of 1 year + 1 year. The purpose of the ‘Supplier Day’ to assist in developing the scope for this framework and for suppliers to demonstrate the range of products and services available in the current market. The supplier day is expected to assist in the preparation of the specification for this procurement of automated endoscopic reprocessors and consumables and ultraviolet cleaning cabinets for the public sector.
