Tender description

The Royal Borough of Greenwich are intending to appoint Compliance Monitors for the following disciplines: • Architectural, • Civil/ Structural • MEP (Service Engineer) for the new development of Kidbrooke Park Primary School. This Invitation to Tender is intended to allow you to submit a fee proposal to be considered for the role of a Compliance Monitor to the project. The client is the Royal Borough of Greenwich Council whom this appointment will sit. It is envisaged that The Royal Borough of Greenwich will appoint a Lead Architect Compliance Monitor to the project, who will take responsibility for all compliance monitoring for stages 4 - 7. It is intended that there will be a single point of contact with the design team via the appointed Lead Architect, who will hold responsibility for managing the monitoring process.
