The PCSP wishes to appoint a suitably qualified individual or organisation to supply a Community Safety Wardens Scheme to impact on anti-social behaviour levels within Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough 2019-2022 through the delivery of an on-street presence. Antrim and Newtownabbey PCSP invites you to consider these Terms of Reference to provide the information and support required to supply a Community Safety Wardens Scheme in Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough 2019-2022 to address anti-social behaviour through the delivery of an on-street presence. This scheme should be delivered over the following periods: — Year 1: 1.10.2019 — 31.3.2020, — Year 2: 1.4.2020 — 31.3.2021, — Year 3: 1.4.2021 — 31.3.2022. Tenders should include all associated costs, which may be attributable to the delivery of the scheme.
