The concession will be for a beauty, healthcare and pharmacy retail concept. The positioning of the offer need to be recognised as being of premium quality but offering accessible product ranges. The unit will be located in the southeast end of the landside area early in the passenger route as they enter the terminal building to check-in or exit the terminal building having arrived into the UK. This location therefore benefits from being exposed to all departing and arriving passengers. LLA is looking for an innovative, bold attractive market leading design statement with the unit design and fit-out finishes and materials complimenting and highlighting the quality of the ranged products. LLA does not want standard or conventional, it wants the unit to stand apart from the competition, to create a stir, deliver a wow factor.
