Tender description

Chesterfield Borough Council requires a service provider to remove waste generated by the operational services division. When submitting your quotation, it will be assumed that you have read the following specification and allowed for all requirements in your rates and prices. Your tender will form the basis of any invoice costs. Tenderers must hold the appropriate waste carrier licences to allow them to carry out the services for which they are tendering. Copies of the licences must be submitted as part of your quotation. Licences of the successful contractor must remain valid for the duration of the contract; any licences found to be out of date will result in the removal of the successful contractor from the contract. It is expected that on appointment the contractor will establish a duty of care over Chesterfield Borough Council.
