Tender description

We wish to inform the market, in advance, that National Grid intends to go out to tender for the provision of contingent labour services. The first stage of which will be a Request for Information (RFI) during September/October 2019. We anticipate that the next stage of the process will commence in January or February 2020, after we have had an opportunity to consider the responses received to the RFI. It is hoped that this notice will be helpful in providing your organisation with the necessary time to plan for the participation in the tender event once it is launched. Our route to market has not been determined, however it is likely that we will go to market via Achilles Utilities Vendor Database (UVDB). If our chosen route to market is Achilles UVDB your organisation will need to register to participate in the event.
