Tender description

New build school. The project includes the design and construction (design and build form of contract) of a new build 2 storey, 2 stream Primary School and Nursery facilities including: — site ground stabilization works (subject to outcome of site investigation), — incoming utilities and/or service diversions, — substructure, — superstructure, — internal finishes, — fitments, furnishings and equipment, — all building services, — associated external works, comprising car parking, hard & soft landscaping and MUGA facility, — off site road works, — assistance with decant from existing facilities.
