Parking Operational Services

Tender description

Gloucestershire County Council requires a Provider to deliver parking operational services in Gloucestershire. The contract will consist of: Parking enforcement (on and limited off street) Bus lane ANPR enforcement Maintenance of signs, lines and machines Cash collection from machines ANPR enforcement Investigation of Blue Badge fraud Lift and move/tow service The Council is looking to procure a solution that will enable innovation, both technical and operational. Parking is an area that is fast moving in regards new technology and the Council is keen to future proof this contract to accommodate future technical advances. The annual turnover of the contract is forecast to be between £1.5m and £1.9m per annum. The duration of the contract will be for 5 years with one three year extension available at the sole discretion of the Council. The contract will commence on 1st April 2020 This service is for Gloucestershire County only. Please note that you must complete and return the Confidentiality Agreement in order to receive the TUPE information. We will not accept a tender submission without a signed Confidentiality Agreement
