The Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES) is a statutory service provided to meet the assessed needs of disabled people, and/or acute and chronic illness through the provision of equipment. Herefordshire Council and Herefordshire Clinical Commissioning Group are considering the future operation of this service in the coming months and wish to engage with the provider market specifically in relation to innovation and managing demand.
