Tender description

The EPA proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of two (2) Framework Agreements for the supply of legal services to the Environmental Protection Agency in the following lots: Lot 1: Environmental Licensing and Enforcement; Lot 2: Corporate and Financial. A Framework Agreement constitutes a means of establishing overall terms and conditions in accordance with which, for a specified duration, individual contracts may or not be awarded. In the context of a single-party Framework Agreement, the successful framework member does not have to compete for each new contract. The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of two (2) Framework Agreements for the supply of legal services to the Environmental Protection Agency in the following lots: Lot 1: Environmental Licensing and Enforcement; Lot 2: Corporate and Financial; Lot 1: Environmental Licensing and Enforcement. Advice for Director General/Directors/Board of EPA and all the EPA offices set out in Section 3.2. regarding Lot 1 services: — environmental legislation, — legal aspects of licensing, — enforcement of environmental and radiological legislation, — civil enforcement.
