The Council sought a provider from the Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Internal Training Services who are experienced and understand the challenges with working with local authority and highly political environments and how this impacts on the role of a manager. To deliver/facilitate a short development course for Introduction to Management; • A creative, interactive and engaging session • Appropriate challenge and support for all attendees • Pre course engagement (for example pre-course thinking) • Post training activity to embed the learning (for example reflection piece) • Provider to provide all relevant training materials
