Tender description

Winchester City Council (‘the Council’) is looking to procure the services of an experienced municipal waste collection contractor to provide waste collection services, household recycling and associated services. The proposed duration of the contract is eight (8) years (96 months) with the option to extend for a period or periods of up to a further eight (8) years (96 months). Winchester City Council is intending to procure a waste collection contract through competitive negotiated procedure commencing in Q3 2020.
