Tender description

Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) and Peterborough City Council (PCC) are setting up an 'Open Framework' which will re-open at regular intervals. We expect to re-open annually, but it may open at other intervals at the discretion of the Councils. The open framework is for an initial period of three (3) years, with options to extend for 3 further periods of two (2) years and a period of one (1) year. Therefore the maximum contract period is ten (10) years (3 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 1). The Councils estimate that the total value will be between 55 000 000 GBP and 100 000 00 GBP. Other Authorities may call-off this open framework — see ITT document Paragraphs 1.3.7 and 1.3.8. Supported accommodation is one of a number of options for looked after young people and care leavers. It is defined as the provision of semi-independent accommodation and support for those eligible or relevant 16-18 years old who are ready to live semi-independently, with support, in preparation for transition to independence. Supported accommodation and support for eligible and relevant young people and young people in care, aged 16-18. 1 to 4 bedded properties, with specific needs-led support determined per referral. The estimated total value of this Lot for the full 10 years of the open framework is between 28 696 779 GBP and 52 613 348 GBP. The estimated total value of this Lot for the full 10 years of the open framework is between 7 648 607 GBP and 14 023 136 GBP. The estimated total value of this Lot for the full 10 years of the Open Framework is between 17 164 329 GBP and 31 469 483 GBP. The estimated total value of this Lot for the full 10 years of the Open Framework is between 1 033 059 GBP and 1 894 034 GBP.
