HCC 06/19 - Provision of Residential Placements for Children and Young People Aged 11-16 with challenging and complex needs

Hertfordshire County Council, in partnership with Luton Council ("The Councils"), are procuring a 'Block Contract' arrangement with a Single Provider to provide four (4) residential block placements of Children and Young People aged 11 to 16 with challenging and complex needs within one (1) registered Children's Home. Suppliers wishing to take part in this project are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system. To be considered as a Bidder you must complete and submit a Bid by the deadline of 12.00 Noon on Wednesday 10th July 2019.
