Grounds Maintenance, Litter Collection & Bus Shelter Cleaning Contract(s) - Whitehill Town Council, Hampshire. The following provides an overview . The ITT and supporting documents explain in detail the requirements of Whitehill Town Council and the procurement process for submitting a tender proposal. Overview of Services Required: The Grounds Maintenance Service required broadly comprises grass cutting & strimming, clearance of hedge and fence lines, litter collection prior to these tasks and general clearance at various sites. The Litter Collection Service required broadly comprises litter picks at 7 of the Council's sites, including an inclosure, the emptying of rubbish and dog bins, the disposal of associated waste and, as required, the removal of gum & graffiti from Council owned assets. The Bus Cleaning Service required broadly comprises cleaning 23 Council owned bus shelters, and the removal of gum and graffiti as required. The land & property, as applicable to these services, is situated across the Parish of Whitehill, which includes Whitehill and Bordon. Fifteen sites comprise: Grassed play areas with play equipment and exercise equipment; Grassed open spaces for informal recreation; Recreation land with sports pitches; Allotment pathway & verges; Skatepark; BMX tracks; Associated car parks; 23 Bus Shelters. Whitehill Town Council invites contractors, companies and sole traders to tender for a three-year contract to include one, two or three of these services. Additional information: Grounds Maintenance, Litter Collection & Bus Shelter Cleaning Contract(s) - Whitehill Town Council, Hampshire. It is anticipated that the Grounds Maintenance Service and the Litter Collection Service will be undertaken by the same Contractor due to the overlap of litter collection and potential cost savings; though this is not essential. The Bus Cleaning Service may or may not be undertaken by the same Contractor. Whitehill Town Council is inviting contractors, companies and sole traders to tender for a three-year contract to include one, two or three of these services. Value: £53,000 - £63,000 (£17,700 - £21,000 per annum). Grounds Maintenance: £30,000 - £36,000 (£10,000 - £12,000 per annum). Litter Collection - 7 sites: £19,500 - £22,500 (£6,500 - £7,500 per annum). Bus Shelter Cleaning: £3,600 - £4,000 (£1,200 - £1,500 per annum).
