Framework for the Provision of School Catering Services

Medway Commercial Group Limited on behalf of schools in and around the Medway area is seeking applications from suitably qualified and interested contractors to be included on a framework for the provision of a full catering service for schools. We are looking for providers who can offer a full and efficient catering service for schools supporting them in developing a 'Whole school approach to healthy eating'. The Contracting Authority will award contracts via a call off process for the provision of single sites, multi academy trusts (MAT) or small groups of schools to a framework member via a mini competition process. The proposed framework will be awarded for an initial period of three years and will have the option to extend for a further year. This Framework Agreement allows a contracting authority to call off the provision of services by placing an order with the contractor, which shall form a separate service contract. This framework covers all schools within Medway, Kent, Bexley and the Kent County where it is logistically possible.
