Tender description

Nottinghamshire County Council (The Council) sought Providers of Residential Care Home services for adults to join a Framework for the provision of Short Term Assessment and Reablement Beds for adults. The Service is aimed at people who are at risk of needing long term care in a care home following a stay in hospital, or to prevent unnecessary admission to long term care or hospital following a crisis at home. Beds will primarily be used for adults aged 65 years and over. This will include people with dementia, who may exhibit behaviours that challenge service delivery; and/or physical frailty.
