Framework Agreement for the Provision of Psychological Support to Employees including Counselling

Staffordshire County Council would like to hear from counselling and psychology providers that can work with our workforce to provide early intervention support that will assist our employees when they experience mental wellbeing concerns. As we know that early help can make all the difference to assist employees to maximise their mental wellbeing and support them to remain in work and/or return to work as soon as possible. The council operates a service called ThinkWell that provides a range of support to the workforce and supports managers regarding the mental wellbeing of the workforce. Part of this Service is the provision of a range of counselling and psychological wellbeing professional interventions for employees.
