Framework Agreement for the supply of bedpans, urinals made of disposable medical pulp and related products. Bedpans, urinals, macerators and related products is a multi-source agreement for Lot 1: Disposable Medical Pulp and Support Products and for Lot 2: Macerator Equipment and Servicing. Both Lot 1 and Lot 2 will be awarded to 3 suppliers, the contract duration will be for 2 years with the option to extend for 2 additional periods of 12 months. The objective of Lot 1 is to deliver a best value framework for participating members in respect of quality, safety, service and price for disposable medical pulp and support products. This lot will be a multi source award, which will be awarded to 3 suppliers. This lot will include Bedpans, Bedpan Liners, Urinals, Wash Bowls, Emesis Bowls, Kidney Dishes, Jugs and support products. The ITT will be run as a restricted exercise, and is limited to HTE customers. Additional HTE customers may access the Framework Agreement on a direct award basis throughout the term of the agreement. Terms and conditions/Activity Based Income (ABI): the terms and conditions of this Framework Agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this Framework Agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE. Submission of expressions of interest and procurement information: this exercise will be conducted on the HTE Bravo portal.
