Through an Early Market Engagement (EME), DFID Kenya is seeking from all possible and potential suppliers/partners: (i) feedback on our approach; (ii) innovative ideas/different ways of working; and (iii) market interest in potentially bidding for this work. This is a prior information notice (PIN) only: publication and a call for competition will be conducted once the scope of work is fully defined and approved.
