Tender description
LCETB is seeking to establish a single party framework agreement for the provision of concessionary catering services for Thomond Community College (formerly Nessan’s Community College, Limerick). As the contract is a service concession not subject to the Public Sector Directive negotiation will be central to this contract award procedure. The procedure deployed will involve: • Tenders received in response to this invitation to tender; • Site visits undertaken to the school by prospective tenderers; • Evaluation of tenders and identification of top scoring tenderers; • Invitation to negotiation and clarification meeting with top 3 tenderers; • Receipt of Best and Final Offer from those invited to tender; • Award of contract; • Notification to all tenderers; This contract was awarded to The School Food Company Ltd
