Enterprise Centres Management System

Tender description

You are invited to submit a quote for the provision of an IT system for management of the Council's enterprise centres. The Council currently manages three enterprise centres offering managed work space to around 150 small businesses. We are also considering expansion to include further centres so the number of sites and business served could increase. Currently the centres are managed using spreadsheets, word documents and paper records. We wish to introduce and intelligent management system for managing the accommodation and facilities, licence agreements and customer interactions. The initial Contract period will be for 3 years with possibility of extending the term by a further 2 years to a maximum total term of 5 years in increments to be agreed, subject to the agreement and performance of both parties.
