Tender description

Staffordshire County Council would like to hear from counselling and psychology providers that can work with our workforce to provide early intervention support that will assist our employees when they experience mental well-being concerns. As we know that early help can make all the difference to assist employees to maximise their mental well-being and support them to remain in work and/or return to work as soon as possible. The Council operates a service called ThinkWell that provides a range of support to the workforce and supports managers regarding the mental well-being of the workforce. Part of this service is the provision of a range of counselling and psychological well-being professional interventions for employees. If you think that you can assist and be part of our framework of providers, we would value your submission.
