Quick and thorough support and initiatives for further development of TYPO3 is important to us. We wish for the supplier to handle: — upgrades, — development and maintenance of existing plugins, — technical second level support and debugging, — counselling regarding security issues, — counselling regarding overall technical architecture, — documentation.
