Cockram Court Addressable Fire Alarm System to Swindon Borough Council Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the Supply and Installation of an L1 Addressable Fire Alarm System serving blocks within the Cockram Court Sheltered Housing Scheme. Project Description The installation of an addressable fire alarm system to Cockram Court, Medgbury Road Swindon. Swindon Borough Council are seeking a supplier to undertake these works to ensure the sheltered scheme has a category L1 fire alarm system. It is essential that the existing fire alarm system stays in full operation until the new system is commissioned. The expectation is that these works will be complete within an occupied building with minimal disruption to tenants. The initial contract term will be for 8 weeks, with no option to extend as stated in the ITT documents. Full details relating to the Services are provided in the tender documents. The relevant tender documents are included within this project webpage as attachments. Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via e-mail, including the project name and DN reference clearly in the subject title, to Shakira West-Moreland at TenderingHousingProperty@swindon.gov.uk by 5th July 2019, 12:00:00 hrs UK Local time. The Council’s responses to these clarification questions will be uploaded as attachments on the project webpage attachments section. Therefore it is the Contractor’s responsibility to check the site regularly for updates to clarifications, as you will not be advised when updates have been made. Questionnaire/Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than 12th July 2019, 1200 hrs UK Local time by e-mail, including the project name and DN reference clearly in the subject title to Shakira West-Moreland only.
