Tender description

In brief, the ICO has procured the provision of cleaning services for the ICO’s head office at Wycliffe House and for its additional office accommodation near Wycliffe House, in Wilmslow and another office on Water Lane which is to be acquired shortly (collectively part of the Wilmslow Estate of the ICO — the “Premises”) for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months. All 4 offices are located within very close proximity.
