CETE047 - Provision of Lubricants, Oils and Greases

Tender description

Derbyshire County Council (DCC) is seeking tender responses from organisations for the provision to supply Lubricants, Oils and Greases to its County Transport section. Derbyshire County Council, County Transport is responsible for the procurement, management, maintenance and disposal of the Council’s fleet assets. The maintenance and repair of these assets is undertaken at five vehicle maintenance workshops located throughout the county of Derbyshire. County Transport also provides vehicle maintenance services under contract to external customers, including Derbyshire Constabulary, Community Transport Schemes, the Peak District National Park Authority and Derbyshire Dales District Council. In total, these fleets consist of approximately 1,600 assets made up of various sizes and types of vehicles, trailers and items of plant. The contract period shall be for an initial 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 year in yearly increments (2+ 1+1) year(s) commencing 1st September 2019. The total value of the contract is £140,000 over the 4 year period subject to financial regulations. Keywords: Lubricants
