Tender description

The foreign and commonwealth Office wish to invite interested construction companies to tender for a significant opportunity on the chancery building of the British Embassy, rue du Faubourg St-Honoré, Paris. The project will deliver a refurbished office building that provides modern 21st century working environment for staff. It involves a level of structural alteration to the building, internal remodelling and redecoration throughout and the complete replacement of all electrical services within the building. There is the opportunity for a partial decant of staff, but the project will be phased and elements of the building will need to remain operational at all times during the project. Although being undertaken in France, the project will be expected to substantially comply with UK building regulations.
