Tender description

Waterford City and County Council has been granted funding under the Local Infrastructure Housing Activation Fund (LIHAF) for two residential road schemes at Gracedieu and Kilbarry in Waterford City. The Gracedieu development consists of a 200m long access road to support an initial development of circa 240 housing units. This access road connects to the existing road network with a roundabout on the south side of the scheme and a major/minor road junction to the northern side of the access road. It will provide community facilities, amenity spaces, and parkland and neighbourhood services along with the development potential of 450 housing units by 2021 with a longer term potential of 1500 units. • The estimated c
