Tender description
The training we are seeking to commission will play a key role in equipping staff with the skills and confidence to implement our new approach, and help us to embed the organisational culture we need to underpin it. We would wish to work collaboratively with the successful training provider around programme design and delivery to ensure that there is a good cultural fit with our organisation.
