Tender description

Belfast Harbour Commissioners are looking for a consultant to design the new green space that will act as the catalyst for future regeneration at City Quays. The estimated value of the works is in the region of 8 000 000 GBP-12 000 000 GBP. The project will be delivered through a 2-stage procurement process. Stage 1 will require consultant to provide a PQQ submission including responses to Part A to Part F of the PQQ. Applicants must consult the competition brief document in order to obtain the technical questionnaire which will be evaluated under Part C of the PQQ. For short-listed parties, Stage 2 will require contractors to participate in a design competition and further technical questionnaire specific to their evolving designs and approach.
