Out of hours contract to develop and improve the service we offer to customers out of hours. An average number of 5 884 inbound calls are dealt with over a 12 month period. Open tender for out of hours call handling service. Paradigm is looking for a provider who can meet the specification and provide a seamless back-up service for when the office is closed.
