Supplier Event - High Elms Nature Reserve Sensory Trail

Tender description

This project is to create a new sensory trail in the same location as the existing sensory trail. Currently, the trail is tired and not used as much as it could be. Some items have been vandalised and the sensory value is minimal. Currently the educational value is low for the public and the trail is not used by visiting educational groups. The trail is next to the public car park and therefore one of the first viewpoints for visitors. The London Borough of Bromley, in partnership with its Parks & Grounds Maintenance Provider and the local community, would like to invite providers interested in improving the Sensory Trail at High Elms to attend a supplier event on Thursday 4th July from 1.00 pm to 3.30 pm to view the current trail and answer any queries providers may have about the project. The trail is located with High Elms Country Park Nature Reserve, Shire Lane, Farnborough, Orpington, Kent BR6 7HJ https://www.bromley.gov.uk/info/1008/nature_reserves/400/high_elms_country_park_local_nature_reserve.
