L&Q are looking for an Enterprise Payment Solution to enable L&Q to: — manage paperless direct debits for rental income, — process card payments (rent, subaccounts, general banking and deposits) for L&Q and PRS (Private Rented Sector) via 3 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS) channels: —— Interactive Voice Response (IVR) which is a 24 hours automated service, —— agent assisted payments over the telephone, —— online card payments, —— refund payments back to resident bank accounts, —— refund card payments, —— enable customers to make payments in shops using swipecard or alternative technology. The solution must enhance L&Q’s current processes of managing customer payments to enable L&Q to achieve operational efficiencies whilst managing an increased volume of customers. In addition the solution must be cloud based and be able to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PCI PAL whilst supporting customer management of payments and direct debits via L&Q’s website.
